The P&C Association Uniform Shop carries the full range of uniforms necessary for your student to attend The Gap State High School. All compulsory uniform clothing items are stocked and some musical instrument consumables (reeds, valve oil). The required black school shoes and sporting footwear are not available from the Uniform Shop; these must be purchased separately. Read our Uniform Policy  for further information on uniform requirements.

Purchases may be made online, or in person at the P&C Association Uniform Shop during opening hours.

Online purchases offer collection from the Uniform Shop during opening hours or delivery via courier, with a delivery charge applicable.

 

Refunds & Exchange Policy

Items may be returned to the Uniform Shop within 30 days of purchase, provided that they:

  • are in the original packaging with tags on;
  • have not been worn; and
  • have not been washed.

Proof of purchase is required when returning items.

Items must be returned within 1 month of the date of purchase. The only exception is for items purchased from the Uniform Shop in November and December, which can be returned up until 31 January in the following year.  If an item is returned, any delivery or shipping charges paid by the purchaser on supply of the original item are not refundable.

All second hand items are purchased “as is”, and no refunds or exchanges are
permitted.

Payment

In store we accept cash, cheque, AMEX, Mastercard & VISA. EFTPOS is also available. Our online shop accepts AMEX, Visa and Mastercard.

Volunteers Needed

The Uniform Shop urgently requires more volunteers to assist with the running of the shop in order to keep uniform prices at a reasonable level. Contact the Uniform Shop manager if you can volunteer.

Second-hand uniforms

We stock a limited range of quality second-hand garments which are available from the Uniform Shop.  We accept donations of second-hand uniforms at the uniform shop, and we require that the:

  1. Garment is the current school uniform
  2. Garment is laundered and pressed
  3. All embroidery/school logos are still school colours. (No fading or bleaching)
  4. No stains, discolouration or yellowing evident on garment
  5. All buttons, clasps, zips are on the garment and in wording order
  6. No holes or fraying on each garment. All hems are intact
  7. The final decision on acceptance of the garment for sale is at the discretion of the Uniform Shop Convener

Terms & Conditions for buyers:
