Refund & Exchange Policy:

Items may be returned to the Uniform Shop within 30 days of purchase, provided that they:

• Are in the original packaging with tags on
• Have not been worn, and
• Have not been washed

Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required when returning items.
Hats and socks are non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons, so please choose carefully.

Items must be returned within 1 month of the date of purchase. The only exception is for items
purchased form the Uniform Shop in November and December, which can be retuned up until 31
January in the following year. If an item is returned, any delivery or shipping charges paid by the
purchaser on supply of the original items are not refundable.

All second-hand items are purchase ‘as is’, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
